Return policy

We are committed to your complete satisfaction and we will exchange (see Exchange Policy below) or refund* your purchase within 20 days of the original order dispatch date. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

*All returned items  for a refund are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 20 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Return to Sender Policy

Parcels returned to us marked 'Return to Sender' by postal authorities will be refunded as follows: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Payment

We accept payments by VISA or MasterCard credit cards. Our secure online payment system is automated and if your credit card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and we will send an email confirming that your order has been successful. Your credit card information is secured by 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which guarantees encryption and protection of personal information and credit card transactions. It is the same level of security as used by many of the banks. We do not have any access to your credit card details.

Some payments may be subject to ID verification which requires the credit card holder to complete and return (by email or fax) a Payment Authorisation form.

Order Processing Times

We are trying to process all orders as quickly as possible and the usual order processing time is 2 to 5 business days, not including weekends and public holidays, from the date the order is placed. During September - March period, order processing time may be longer due to increased demand.

Currencies

Australian currency is the main currency of this website. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars and converted to the local currency by your credit card provider. The total amount in foreign currency may vary slightly depending on the fees charged and exchange rate used by the credit provider. The currency conversion facility is provided by this website as a guide only and does not include fees charged by the credit card provider. As a result, the actual amount charged in the international currency may vary from the approximate conversion amount shown at the time of the order.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is very simple - we will not share any information that you give us with a third party except for the purposes of fulfilling your order, and where we are required to do so by law.

Additional Charges

Orders sent outside Australia, may incur charges such as import duties, VAT and other fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any such fees. For information regarding such fees, please contact your local customs authority.

Miscellaneous

As a general rule we do not ship goods to the PO Boxes. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us for further information.

Shipping time estimates are given on this website as an approximate guide and the actual shipping times may be longer.

Colours and images of products displayed on this website, including but not limited to the colour of the sheepskin, the colour of the sole, the label on the heel of the boot, may differ from the actual product.

We will consider any defective items claims within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please inspect your purchased items carefully after you receive them and if you suspect a manufacturing defect please contact us immediately with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If we deem your items to have the manufacturing defect, we will either replace or repair the defective items whichever is applicable.

Sheepskin may have some irregularities and variations in colour and texture as it is natural product.

Sheepskin boots: the darker colours may transfer some dye to the feet for some time at the beginning of wearing the new boots.

A cookie is a small information file that is sent to your computer and is stored temporarily, on your hard drive. We use cookies so you can use the shopping cart facility.

When there is an (*) displayed next to a product size, this size for that particular product is not available.
