Australian Orders
We use Registered Post service and Star Track Express for all deliveries within Australia. Average delivery time is 1-2 working days from dispatch date. For delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days.
Delivery times may be longer around major public holidays.
International Orders
International orders are sent via Australia Post AirMail service. Australia Post AirMail service is not traceable. Average delivery times from dispatch date are 5-10 working days. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - February due to the heavy load on postal services.

Orders sent outside Australia, may incur charges such as import duties, VAT and other fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any such fees. For information regarding such fees, please contact your local customs authority.
