1. How do I place an order?

2. Can I change an order I've just placed?

We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to make changes to an order after it is placed. However, you are welcome to Contact us, and if we are able to assist you we will certainly do so.

4. How do I find out what size do I need?

If you are unsure of your shoe size, you can measure your foot using an ordinary ruler and use our Sizing Information, to estimate your size. Please keep in mind that sheepskin will compact and form around your foot over the time and what appeared to be a tight fit initially, will settle into a comfortable fit after a couple of weeks. 5. What are the delivery time?

We use Express Post, Registered Post or a Courier Service for all deliveries within Australia. Average delivery time is 1-2 working days from dispatch date. For delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 working days.

International orders are sent via Australia Post AirMail service. Australia Post AirMail service is not traceable. Average delivery times from dispatch date are 5-10 working days. Aditional delays may occur during the months of September - February due to the heavy load on postal services.

Delivery times may be longer around major public holidays.

6. Do you ship to my country?

We ship within Australia and New Zeland. For international order enquiries, please contact us for further information.

7. Will I be charged in the local currency?

Australian currency is the main currency of this website. All payments are processed in Australian Dollars and converted to the local currency by your credit card provider. The total amount in foreign currency may vary slightly depending on the fees charged and exchange rate used by the credit provider. The currency conversion facility is provided by this website as a guide only and does not include fees charged by the credit card provider. As a result, the actual amount charged in the international currency may vary from the approximate conversion amount shown at the time of the order.

8. What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We do not accept switch cards and debit cards, such as Maestro.

9. Are there any additional chargers, duties or taxes?

Orders sent outside Australia, may incur charges such as import duties, VAT and other fees. The buyer is responsible for paying any such fees. For information regarding such fees, please contact your local customs authority.

10. I am concerned about using my credit card online. Is your site safe?

Our on-line shop uses 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which guarantees encryption and protection of personal information and credit card transactions. It is the same level of security as used by many of the banks.
